Wow! This is so great! I’ve struggled with some mild anxiety problems for a great part of my life. They’ve always been treated with medications – but I really hate to be so reliant on them. Plus, there are always negative side effects. I would love to talk to my doctor about trying a more natural approach to dealing with anxiety. Thank you for sharing all this information!!
