The most convenient, most amazing experience in consciousness follows the lamplit assistance of the still, little voice in each of us. In the quiet of meditation, we listen to our souls and hear what is most needed in our lives and how finest to acquire it. This smart, kindly voice never ever fails us and never ever fails.
There is no substitute for inner listening. In our travels, these four paths emerge to improve our happiness and draw us into the Oneness.
See which of these harmonic paths resonates best with you: idea and word, self-knowledge, inner peace, or shouting and toning. All collaborate, as specific notes or as a chord, to transport us into the appeal and music of higher awareness– the light and noise of Universal Mind, or God.
1.The power of thought and word. The discord itself keeps us on track and guides us back into oneness with ourselves, others and Spirit. This is best done in meditation, so that the soul voice might reveal us exactly what is required most.
If a single word drifts up when you ask this question, develop with this word an affirmative phrase or sentence, then go back into the silence to see if it is right and excellent for you. When the words of your ideal no longer have a “shine,” or “go dead” for you, you have included this quality and it’s time to return to meditation for a fresh perfect.
Whenever you think or speak your suitable, you are physically attuning your body-mind to it, so make sure it’s a spiritual intent that will boost you! Perfects are blueprints with which we build our lives, whether we understand it or not! Words and emotions influence the physical world around you, you may discover these stories very fascinating if you aren’t encouraged that your thoughts.
Last November I went to a historic conference in Virginia Beach that featured the physicists and U.S. military workers at the center of America’s research study on remote watching, termed “anomalous perception” or “anomalous perturbation” (psychic influencing or getting) by these methodical thinkers. Among the speakers was the well-known remote viewer and artist Ingo Swann, who reminded us that thoughts, as vibrations, are heard and felt by all sentient beings, including home plants!
At a party in New York City, Swann satisfied Cleve Baxter, who later authored the timeless book, The Secret Life of Plants, and checked out Baxter’s home to take part in experiments. Baxter had linked lie detector electrodes to the leaves of ordinary home plants, and whenever Swann struck a match, the readout leapt dramatically in response. After some time, the reactions stopped and Swann asked why. “The plant knows you’re bluffing!” Baxter told him. Therefore it did, as detailed time and once again in Baxter’s landmark book.
In other experiments, Baxter and Swann took skin scrapings and drops of blood from a man and put them in a vial hooked up to the exact same electrodes. The readouts regularly leapt when the guy was poked with a pin, even when he was five blocks away!
That we are all one body, one mind is unassailable. Yet we so easily forget and question how our words and thoughts impact everyone– and everything– else, including our own bodies and minds.
2. The power of self-knowledge. My still, small voice has actually stated for the previous 16 years that releasing darkness enables us to attract and hold more light, and recently, DNA experiments performed by a Russian scientist proved definitively that this holds true. It’s intuitively proven as well, and a phenomenon that we can physically feel as it takes place.
Here’s ways to bypass your ego, which I call a “hero in its own mind,” and awaken to exactly what you need to know about yourself. Every time you find yourself upset, frustrated or in dispute with somebody else, “Stand back and enjoy yourself go by,” as Cayce so strongly advised. “Know Thyself,” emblazoned on the temples of Greek mystery schools, is the key to conscious advancement. We are not actually conscious at all if we do not undertake this journey.
I was taught this by my meditative works, and as I traced my discordant words and actions back to their source– fear of insufficiency and a debilitating absence of self-love– I had the ability to see and fix the destructive patterns of habits that drove me to addictive choices and way of livings. I could actually feel my burdens growing lighter, as my yearning, discomfort and sorrow gave way to increased quantities of light in my body-mind.
What captivated me most was the connection of this “en-lightenment” to sound: with each stride forward, I might hear my singing voice becoming ever more gorgeous and resonant! I can still hear the distinction in my voice, in moving from one state of consciousness to another, and specifically in singing with other spiritual applicants, in which everybody’s voice grows more unified, resonant and lovely. I concluded that the high frequencies of love bring us into our progressing literally and in reaction to our inmost desires.
Silent meditation, by constructing up the divine currents of energy within us, is the single most effective way to transform the body-mind and recover. These currents, containing the light and noise of God, tune up our bodies through the chakra system, or “wheels of energy,”.

This is a main ingredient in “The Way of Peaceful Violence” I refer to so often.
